I got this e-mail today from David Caesar-Dare in New York:

If only those folks had been on INVISUS. This is a good example of where it pays to have a team of techs in your pocket. Several of our club [Westchester PC User Group] members have been many hours helping folks get though this problem.

I couldn't agree more, Dave.

Before iSafe and later iCare came along, I used to be constantly stressed, because every time my PC went down, or Kathy's PC went down, or the kids PC went down, I knew I would be tied up for an hour or two (or sometimes a day or two) troubleshooting and resolving the problem. Now, I call INVISUS, they work on the problem (and they're more efficient than I am because they're doing it all the time and are totally up to speed) and I work on another PC. It's no coincidence that I feel way more productive and less stressed now than I did before I had iSafe or iCare – INVISUS has been a huge time and stress saver.
