Often, the most important part of your PC Security protection is having someone to call when something goes wrong. You can spend all day researching how to recover from problems, such as these brought on by an incompatibility between Windows and Zone Alarm brought on by Microsoft. With iSafe or iCare, any inevitable glitches in Windows cost me very little time before I'm back up and running. And in this case, it cost me no time at all, except for writing this post.
